Transformation of a vacant 45,000 SF historic Carnegie Library into dynamic museum, social service, and education space for the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh and its tenants.  MuseumLab is part of the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh’s campus, which is the largest cultural campus for kids in the country.  The project has won multiple design awards, including the PA Museums Special Achievement Award and the Pennsylvania Historic Trust for Preservation Construction Award. 

Financing closed: $9.3 million in Federal NMTCs
