Alison Paige is the President of Capital A Consulting, LLC, an economic development consulting firm specializing in NMTC and HTC services.  She has 20 years of experience bringing equity, debt and grant capital to low‐income communities nationwide.

Alison has deployed over $830 million in NMTC and HTC capital to more than 60 high impact, community-serving projects.  Prior to starting Capital A Consulting, Alison closed NMTC and HTC transactions for US Bank, a leading tax credit investor.  She has extensive experience marketing projects, structuring NMTC and HTC financing, working with CDEs and investors, and driving projects to a close.  She has also written 3 winning NMTC applications, advised 7 CDEs on their successful applications, and served as an NMTC application reviewer for the CDFI Fund.

Alison holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA and a B.A. in Political Economy from UC Berkeley.
